My bridal consultant was Norma. She was wonderful to work with- she listed to everything I asked for and pulled dresses that were right down my alley. She did not pressure me when I was being picky; she just encouraged me to keep trying until I found something that I loved. I had been in the store twice before, but Norma was the only one who was able to pull THE dress for me.

Norma was amazing. I have been shopping for a dress for quite some time and now I am close to my wedding date and still had no dress. I’ve really dreaded wedding dress shopping and felt discouraged every time I looked around. I had come into Bridal and Formal a little while back and worked with Norma, she was great and so nice, but I did not purchase a dress.
Today, I decided I had to make a decision and I came back to Bridal and Formal and again had Norma help me. She was so sweet, patient, and helpful. She really made it fun and easy to try on dresses and finally I FOUND my wedding dress. You can tell Norma really cares and is not just a salesperson. I can’t wait to get my dress.
