I was the person who picked up the dress for my daughter who lives in Chicago. As policy dictates, I looked the dress over, checked the size and shipped it to her. Unfortunately, it was the wrong length. The error was the designer. B&F did EVERYTHING they could to remedy the error to everyone’s satisfaction. Long story short- the new dress was shipped to Megan in Chicago in 10 days. It is now the PERFECT dress again. THANK YOU SO MUCH! Your customer service was exemplary.
