The Wedding of Alexandra & Anthony

May 30, 2015 was the best day of my life. As high school sweethearts, we became one. Our wedding day started just as traditionally as any other, we chose separate places to get ready. However, we became perfectly untraditional when we saw each other for the first time at Ritter Park in Huntington, WV for our first-look photography session. This was one of my favorite memories of our day. The look on my husband’s face when he saw me in my Maggie Sottero gown was one that I will never forget. Our ceremony took place at a church that had beautiful stained glass windows. The scenery was perfect. The moment my father walked me down the isle, I knew my forever was waiting for me (balling his eyes out, of course). Our bubble send off made for beautiful pictures as our guests surrounded us. Our reception was a time for saying thank you to all of our family and friends for their support and helping make our dreams come true! There was tons of laughter while we danced the night away as husband and wife.

Bridal & Formal provided me with the chance for my dreams to come true! Since I was a little girl, I could not wait to find my wedding dress that I would wear to marry the man of my dreams. When I came in the bridal shop to begin my journey to find “the dress,” Bridal & Formal made it so special! The staff was amazing. I was offered help in every way— trying on dresses, jewelry, shoes, and accessories. The FIRST dress I tried on was the one I picked! A beautiful mermaid Maggie Sottero gown. The staff continuously told me how stunning I looked! They all made me feel that much more beautiful!

My experience with Kymberly could not have been more perfect. She allowed me to pick dresses I liked and explain exactly what I was looking for in a wedding gown. It was Kymberly who picked my Maggie Sottero gown for me to try on. She convinced me that the mermaid gown would fit me perfectly. She was exactly right! The Maggie Sottero gown she chose was the first I tried on, before the others I picked myself. That Maggie Sottero gown was the dress I picked to walk down the aisle in! I could tell she knew her dresses and she knew what I liked from the start. She was more than helpful! I’m thankful that my wedding dress experience was as great as it was, all thanks to Kymberly!
