I had come to bridal and formal after a few other stores that day and I was immediately helped by a knowledgeable sales woman. She helped me pick out styles that were unique and in budget. When deciding between two options, she went above and beyond to pair the dress that I was leaning more towards with a beautiful crystal belt and a breathtaking cathedral length veil. She was never hesitant about bringing other staff members to give their professional opinions. I had actually gone to lunch and come back, far beyond my appointment time to come purchase the dress, and there was no hesitation for me to try the dress on again, accessories and all.
My maids were next. The sample of the dress I had envisioned was there, as well as a plethora of other choices for them to try on. The process for them was simple and they all enjoyed a discount since I brought my dress there as well. The process was seamless and I would recommend Bridal and Formal to any bride in Cincinnati.
