A trunk show is an in-store, special event, where the designer brings the entire collection for the upcoming season. This is a great opportunity for you to receive one-to-one consultation from the industry's top designers, and work with them to create the perfect look for your wedding day.

Here is our complete trunk show schedule for this season. Our Winter trunk shows season runs every weekend January through March. Summer Trunk show season runs June through August and Fall Trunk Show season runs October & November. Check back often for updates.

BRIDALRAMA

Twice a year Bridal and Formal host's the Premier bridal show for the Greater Cincinnati Area. Held at the Cincinnati Convention Center, brides-to-be can gather information on hundreds of different wedding vendors. From Cakes to Carriages, Photography to Food, every major area of your wedding is represented at Bridalrama. Bridal and Formal puts on a fabulous runway show, showcasing the latest and most beautiful gowns for the bride and bridesmaids as well as attire for your entire bridal party.  Bridalrama is usually held Valentines weekend as well as the second weekend in August every year. Official Rules:

Contest Name:  Run away with Bridal and Formal

Bridal and Formal will conduct the Contest substantially as described in these rules, and by participating, each participant agrees as follows:

1.         Description of Contest/Participation.

A.         Dates of Contest:  The Contest will begin May 5, 2008 and end on or about May 31, 2008.

            NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.  PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited.  Odds of winning depend upon the number of entrants and the number of votes received.

B.         How to enter: Individuals that are 18 years or older and meet all other eligibility requirements, must complete the following submission steps to be officially entered in the contest

-Each entrant must fill out the profile and registration information completely via the in-store entry form only.  No online registration will be accepted.

The deadline for all entry materials is 5:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (“EST”) on May 31, 2008.  Bridal and Formal may or may not extend the deadline at its sole discretion without warning or notice.

By providing the entry elements described above, and officially entering this contest, both individuals in the couple agree to: allow Bridal and Formal to broadcast on-air and on-line all information provided for the purposes of promoting the contest, and accept and acknowledge the rules, regulations, restrictions and prize description “as is.”  BRIDAL AND FORMAL AND OTHER CONTRIBUTORS TO THE CONTEST EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. 

The winning couple will be announced the week of June 2, 2008.  The winning couple will be contacted via telephone and confirmed with a follow up email. 

2.         Prize(s)

The prize elements will be awarded as described herein (subject to legal restrictions, taxes, blackout dates etc).  Any modifications desired by the winning couple will result in an added expense to winner and are not the responsibility of Bridal and Formal or any of contributors to the Contest.

3.         Eligibility and Limitations.  Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents at least 18-years old as determined by the Company.  Residents of Florida, New York, Rhode Island, Puerto Rico and any United States territory are ineligible, as well as residents of any other jurisdiction where prohibited or restricted by law. Participants must have an active social security number, and be able to present the original social security card and valid ID to contest officials before the prize will be awarded.  Only one (1) entry per person.  Employees of the Company, the other contributors to the Contest and their advertising agencies, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win.  The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as “in-laws,” or by current or past marriage(s), remarriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.

4.               Publicity; Use of Personal Information.  By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, video tapes and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use.  By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes. 

5.         Release.  By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Company and other contributors to the Contest and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize.  In order to receive a prize, participants must sign an official waiver form provided by the Company.

6.         Taxes.  Any valuation of the prize(s) stated above is based on available information provided to the Company, and the value of any prize awarded to a winner may be reported for tax purposes as required by law.  Each winner is solely responsible for reporting and paying any and all applicable taxes related to the prize(s) and paying any expenses associated with any prize which are not specifically provided for in the official rules.  Each winner must provide the Company with valid identification and a valid taxpayer identification number or social security number before any prize will be awarded. Applicable tax forms will be provided and filed as required by law.

7.         Conduct and Decisions.  By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel.  Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.  Unsportsmanlike, disruptive, annoying, harassing or threatening behavior is prohibited.  The Company will interpret these rules and resolve any disputes, conflicting claims or ambiguities concerning the rules or the Contest and the Company’s decisions concerning such disputes shall be final.  If the conduct or outcome of the Contest is affected by human error, any mechanical malfunctions or failures of any kind, intentional interference or any event beyond the control of the Company, the Company reserves the right to terminate this Contest, or make such other decisions regarding the outcome as the Company deems appropriate.  All decisions will be made by the Company and are final.  The Company may waive any of these rules in its sole discretion.  ANY ATTEMPT BY A CONTESTANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY CIRCUMVENT, DISRUPT OR DAMAGE ORDINARY AND NORMAL OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST, TELEPHONE SYSTEMS OR WEBSITES, OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, COMPANY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PARTICIPANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

8.         Miscellaneous.  Each winner must submit proof of eligibility and sign the Company’s release form to claim the prize.  The Company may substitute prizes, amend the rules or discontinue the Contest at any time as posted on www.bridalandformalinc.com.  The Company disclaims any responsibility to notify participants of any aspect related to the conduct of the Contest.  For a copy of the rules, or where required by law, a list of winners, visit the business office of Bridal and Formal during normal business hours or mail a written request with a stamped, self-addressed return envelope to Bridal and Formal’s address, listed above.  All entries become the property of the Company and will not be returned.  To be removed from our direct mail, email or fax lists, visit the main office of the Company during regular business hours, or send a self addressed stamped envelope with contest name to Bridal and Formal, 300 West Benson Street, Cincinnati, Ohio  45215.

9.        Compliance with Law.  The conduct of the Contest is governed by the applicable federal and state laws of the United States of America, which take precedence over any rule to the contrary herein.
