Our Wedding Was Simply AMAZING!

Punta Cana was simply amazing. The weather, the resort, the staff, the food – everything was incredible. The resort had a wedding team that we had worked with for over a year to plan it all.
We decided on the ceremony being in a floating gazebo (in case of rain or bad weather). The weather ended up being perfectly sunny all week however the gazebo provided much needed shade during the ceremony.
I rented a rock star ride car to drive me to the gazebo where family and friends were waiting. It was like a scene out of a movie.
After the ceremony, we moved to a roof top terrace for a private reception. A great friend of ours obtained a Dominican permit to bring his drone. So we have amazing photos and videos of the entire trip.
I had purchased a gown from a different bridal salon. I remember feeling so frustrated and disappointed that they were not understanding the bridal vision I had. I bought a gown and had buyers remorse immediately. I took a few weeks to think about it. I finally decided I was going to buy a different gown – my dream gown – and definitely going to shop at a different salon.
I drove by myself on a Tuesday to the Reading Bridal District. I had no idea where I was going and had no idea where to shop. I parked in front of Bridal and Formal and thought, “OK, this looks good!” I walked in and Katelyn started asking me questions to ensure she understood what type of gown I wanted. I tried on several dresses and finally found the one! It was exactly what I was looking to wear for our destination wedding. Chiffon, flowing, simple, and light.
Katelyn was patient, kind and not judging. I appreciated her honest opinion both personally and professionally as I debated between two dresses. I felt confident in my choice. Felt beautiful in my gown.
