We do not charge a fee of any kind for appointments or appointment cancellations! If you need to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment, please give us a call to do so.
We do welcome walk-ins, however appointments are strongly encouraged especially on weekends! To make an appointment you can either visit the "book your appointment" tab on our website or call us at 513-821-6622.
Absolutely! We always love when our customers come prepared with their favorite drinks. However, please note, since there is a lot of samples around we do not allow any juices, coffee or most food items. Thank you for being understanding! If there are any questions, please feel free to give us a call as we promise to make your experience the most enjoyable!
Each appointment you make with us is scheduled for 2 hours.
While we do not offer alterations in house, we have a list of places that we recommend our customers to go! Please find this list under the "our vendors" tab of our website. If you prefer to speak to us about it directly, please feel free to give us a call and we will be happy to suggest someone!
We understand that tipping Bridal stylists is becoming more common these days, but we want you to know that it is totally up to you. Our stylists are allowed to accept cash/Venmo tips if you feel she did an exceptional job during your experience. However, this is NOT a requirement by any means and there is no pressure to do so.
There are two different ways you can inquire about the status or delivery of your order! You can either reach out to us via our text line at (513) 259-2274 or you can send us an email at bridaldept@bridalandformalinc.com. Please ensure that with either method you choose that you always include your first and last name in addition to the item you wish to check (i.e. Bridal gown, accessories, Bridesmaids, or Mothers).
We only have bra cups that are available to purchase at this time!
Unfortunately, we do not sell shoes at this time.
BRIDAL FAQ
Our gowns range in price from $1000 to $9000. Additionally, we do offer some off-the-rack bridal gowns starting at $400 and up. Please note, that our off-the-rack assortment changes frequently. If you have questions about a particular dress, please give us a call!
For your bridal or bridesmaid appointment, we allow up to six guests to accompany you. Please note, we do this for your level of comfort for you and your guests in our designated fitting areas!
The arrival time of your bridal gown can vary based on the designer, season, and supply chain delays. Generally, it can take anywhere between 5 to 8 months to arrive when you order your wedidng gown.
Our collection of sample sizes is super diverse, with a range of sizes from size 6-30!
Absolutely! We pride ourselves in having one of the best plus-size selections of bridal gowns in the area! Our plus-size sample sizes ranging from size 18-30.
Please note that all sales are final for wedding gowns. When purchasing your dress, we require a 60% deposit. The remaining 40% is due when you come to pick up your dress. Please be aware that we do not accept checks at the time of pick-up.
It’s recommended to purchase your accessories at the same time as your wedding gown selection. Our accessories usually take around 12-16 weeks to arrive, but we also offer rush fees for those who need earlier delivery.
Our Store Event showcases a designer’s latest collection that has yet to hit the stores! These stunning gowns are available in our store only for a limited time. As a bonus, some brides may have the opportunity to collaborate with the designer, making their experience even more memorable.
A "loaner program" is essentially a way for a customer to bring in a sample style that we don't already carry in store. We do offer this as an option but it is only dependent on the desinger and/or style! If you have any questions about a particular style, please give us a call and we will be happy to help you!
BRIDESMAIDS AND MOTHERS FAQ
To ensure your dress arrives in time for the wedding, it is advised to place your order at least six months ahead. Generally, the dress takes around 4-5 months to arrive, but expedited options are available if you require it sooner.
All our Mother's dresses are available for off-the-rack purchase!
Great news! We can still take orders from your bridesmaids. We kindly request they provide us with their bust, waist, and hip measurements to ensure a perfect fit. We recommend having the measurements taken at another store or by a seamstress. Once they have their measurements, they can call us to provide them, and we will happily recommend the best size and place the order for them with the rest of the party!
We ask that each bridesmaid completes their payment and selects their preferred size to finalize the order smoothly. This is the standard procedure, but if the bride has any special requests, we can accommodate them.
You are more than welcome to come in and browse our selection! However, we do have limited space in our bridesmaid area so if you do plan to come in and browse, we recommend coming in during the week. We HIGHLY recommend making an appointment to come in on the weekend per the limited space provided.
